Acer Ambassador Program – Agreement

Background. WEC runs the Acer Ambassador Program. WEC sends you an Acer product to keep, and in return you make video content about it. These are the terms.

1. The product

1.1 WEC will send you, free of charge and to keep: your Acer product.

1.2 The product comes with the standard manufacturer’s warranty, handled through Acer’s normal warranty process.

1.3 The product is the only consideration under this Agreement. No cash fee is paid by either Party. You are responsible for any taxes due on the product on your side.

2. What you do

2.1 You will produce and publish at least one piece of video content featuring the product on your own social media channel(s) within 30 days of receiving it.

2.2 The content is your own, in your own style. No scripts. You give your honest opinion.

2.3 In the content you will: (a) use the program hashtags (#AcerAmbassador and the local tag); (b) clearly mark it as a gifted/paid partnership where required by law or platform rules (e.g. #ad, #gifted); and (c) note that it is "produced in cooperation with Acer / WEC".

3. Rights you grant to WEC and Acer

3.1 You grant WEC and Acer a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, host, reproduce, edit and adapt (for format and length only, without distorting the message), publish and distribute the video content (and stills from it) for marketing and sales.

3.2 This licence expressly includes use on WEC’s and Acer’s own social media channels and in paid promotion (paid social, advertising, sales materials).

3.3 The licence runs for twelve (12) months from first delivery of the content, and WEC/Acer may extend it by up to a further six (6) months (up to 18 months in total) by written notice (email is enough) before it expires.

3.4 You keep ownership of your content and may continue to use and monetise it on your own channels as normal.

4. Co-operation credit

4.1 The content and any materials made from it may be described as "produced in cooperation with" you, and both Parties may reference the collaboration.

5. Future affiliate opportunity

5.1 If WEC/Acer later expands the program to include affiliate or revenue-share, you may be invited to take part and earn commission. Any such arrangement will be agreed separately in writing. This is a good-faith statement only and creates no obligation or guarantee of earnings now.

6. You confirm that

6.1 The content is original, created by you, and does not infringe anyone else’s rights (including music, footage and trademarks).

6.2 You are free to enter this Agreement and act as an independent creator, not as an employee or agent of WEC or Acer.

6.3 You follow applicable advertising-disclosure laws and the rules of the platforms you post on.

7. Personal data

7.1 WEC processes your personal data to run the program and arrange shipping, in line with its privacy notice, a copy of which is available on request at biuro@wec24.pl.

8. Term and ending

8.1 This Agreement starts when you accept it and continues until the licence in clause 3 ends.

8.2 Either Party may end future participation by written notice. The licence already granted for content already published continues for its term.

9. Governing law

9.1 This Agreement is governed by Polish law, and the Parties submit to the courts competent for WEC’s registered seat.
