4CAST is an athlete-led gaming brand

Acer provided two sets for laptops for 4Cast’s streaming needs. Two sets are needed because streams are usually being run by (at least) two people: caster and stream producer.
The first laptop is being used for:
- Running the game
- Running ingame voice software
For gaming laptops 4cast are using Predator Helios 300 laptop, equipped with:

- Slim and light for gaming each night at different location
The second laptop is being used for:
- Capturing the footage – both video and audio
- Compressing it and uploading to YouTube live stream
- Recording
- Running OBS with overlays
- Running the community side of things: YouTube chat, Discord…
- Preview
- Editing and rendering past-broadcast videos and social media content
For production laptops 4cast are using ConceptD 3 laptops, equipped with:
